When does the planning process officially begin?

For our Full-Service planning, we are with you from the moment you book. For our Partial Planning clients, we officially come on board six months prior to your date to take over vendor management, timeline development, and logistical coordination. If you need support earlier than that, we offer à la carte consulting hours to bridge the gap.


Can you create a custom package for us?

Absolutely. We believe no couple’s needs fit squarely in a box. After getting to know your priorities and the level of support you need, we create a custom proposal tailored to your specific vision and budget.


How do you coordinate with vendors we have already booked?

We seamlessly step into the liaison role. Whether you’ve already booked your venue, photographer, or band, we will take over communication, review contracts, and manage the logistics for those vendors to ensure everything stays on track.


We believe the planning process should be just as joyful as the event itself.  Collaboration, vision, budget, our expertise and vendor knowledge are key. We utilize a custom planning portal as our central hub for tasks and design, while keeping email as our primary channel for formal updates
